By using the services of Hely's Lawn Care, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Services

Hely's Lawn Care provides lawn maintenance and related outdoor services, including but not limited to lawn mowing, trimming, edging, seasonal cleanup, and other landscaping services as agreed upon with the customer.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required or if site conditions differ from those originally described.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoices that remain unpaid for more than 15 days after the due date may be assessed a $5.00 late fee.

Hely's Lawn Care reserves the right to suspend future services until outstanding balances are paid in full.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring timely payment of all invoices.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Customers should provide reasonable notice if they need to reschedule or cancel a service appointment. Service dates may be adjusted due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Hely's Lawn Care is not responsible for delays or interruptions in service caused by weather, natural events, equipment failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
